Terms of Service

By creating an account and using NudgeBell you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NudgeBell is a web-based reminder tool that delivers notifications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice calls according to schedules you create. We provide the platform — you are responsible for the content of your reminders and the phone numbers you add.

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use NudgeBell. One person per account — accounts may not be shared or transferred.

You agree not to use NudgeBell to:

• Send reminders to phone numbers you do not own or do not have consent to message
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk communications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use the service in any way that could damage our ability to send messages through Twilio or WhatsApp

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Credits are purchased upfront and consumed when notifications are sent. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Unused credits roll over month to month up to a cap of 2x your monthly plan allocation.

Your subscription renews automatically on its billing date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

If your payment fails we will attempt to retry for 3 days. If payment cannot be processed your subscription will lapse but existing credits in your wallet will continue to work until they run out.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reminder delivery depends on third-party services including Twilio and WhatsApp — we are not liable for delays or failures caused by these providers. We do not guarantee delivery of any specific notification.

NudgeBell is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed appointments, financial losses, or relationship issues resulting from a reminder not being delivered.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

NudgeBell and all associated content, design, and code belong to us. You retain ownership of the content of your reminders. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your reminder content solely for the purpose of delivering it to you.

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination your data will be deleted immediately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
