Refund Policy

Our policy

All purchases — subscriptions, yearly plans, and credit top-ups — are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Failed notification credits

If a voice call goes unanswered, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet — this is handled by the system automatically, no action needed on your part.

If credits were not added to your account after a successful payment due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will investigate and correct it immediately.
